{"id":60418,"date":"2026-09-26T18:34:40","date_gmt":"2026-09-26T13:04:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/financialtelegraph.in\/index.php\/2026\/09\/26\/vivekanand-education-society-chembur-trustee-lalit-tekchandani-launch-initiative-for-civil-services-aspirants\/"},"modified":"2026-09-26T18:34:40","modified_gmt":"2026-09-26T13:04:40","slug":"vivekanand-education-society-chembur-trustee-lalit-tekchandani-launch-initiative-for-civil-services-aspirants","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/financialtelegraph.in\/index.php\/2026\/09\/26\/vivekanand-education-society-chembur-trustee-lalit-tekchandani-launch-initiative-for-civil-services-aspirants\/","title":{"rendered":"Vivekanand Education Society, Chembur &amp; Trustee Lalit Tekchandani Launch Initiative for Civil Services Aspirants"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/financialtelegraph.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/PNN-2026-09-26T172728876.jpg\" class=\"attachment-post-thumbnail size-post-thumbnail wp-post-image\" alt=\"Vivekanand Education\" decoding=\"async\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>New Delhi [India], September 26:<\/strong> At the meeting of the <strong>Board of Trustees of Vivekanand Education Society, Chembur,<\/strong> held today, a significant new initiative for community upliftment was proposed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Shri DR Lalit Tekchandani, Trustee<\/strong>, proposed that on the lines of the successful model of <strong>JEETO<\/strong>, VES should create a dedicated support system to encourage and mentor students from our community aspiring to join the <strong>Indian Civil Services \u2013 IAS, IPS &amp; IRS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To give this vision a concrete start, <strong>Shri Lalit Tekchandani announced an initial seva contribution of Rs. 5,00,000\/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only)<\/strong> towards this project.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The objective of the project is to support <strong>underprivileged boys and girls from the community from across India<\/strong> who have the talent and aspiration to pursue Civil Services but need guidance, coaching support and financial assistance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The proposal was warmly appreciated and supported by <strong>Chairman Shri Rajesh Gyani<\/strong>, and Trustees <strong>Shri Bansi Wadhwa, Shri Dr Lulla,<\/strong> and all other present trustees.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Trust will now work out the detailed modalities, including <strong>selection criteria, mentoring and coaching partnerships<\/strong>, to launch the project at the earliest.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This initiative reaffirms <strong>VES\u2019s commitment to education and support for Sindhi aspirants<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vivekanand Education Society, Chembur, Mumbai: This initiative shall start from 22 nd February on the birth anniversary of the founder, late Shri Hashu ji Advani, who was <\/strong>an RSS<strong> pracharak<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>If you object to the content of this press release, please notify us at pr.error.rectification@gmail.com.
