New Delhi [India], April 09:<\/strong> Om Power Transmission Limited (the\u00a0\u201cCompany\u201d),\u00a0a\u00a0power transmission infrastructure engineering, procurement, and construction\u00a0(\u201cEPC\u201d)company\u00a0engaged in executing\u00a0high-voltage\u00a0(\u201cHV\u201d)\u00a0and extra-high voltage\u00a0(\u201cEHV\u201d)\u00a0transmission lines, substations,underground cabling projects,\u00a0and providing\u00a0comprehensive\u00a0operation and maintenance\u00a0(\u201cO&M\u201d)\u00a0services\u00a0has\u00a0successfully secured a capital infusion of\u00a0\u20b94,501.47 lakhs\u00a0pursuant to the allocation to Anchor Investors,\u00a0on\u00a008th\u00a0April, 2026\u00a0ahead of the\u00a0Company\u2019s scheduled IPO launch.\u00a0The offering, consisting of up to 85,75,000 equity shares of face value\u00a0\u20b910 each (\u201cEquity Shares\u201d), comprising a fresh issue aggregating up to 75,75,000 Equity Shares (\u201cFresh Issue\u201d) and an offer for sale of up to 10,00,000 Equity Shares (\u201cOffer for Sale\u201d\u00a0and, together with the Fresh Issue, the\u00a0\u201cOffer\u201d\u00a0or the\u00a0\u201cIPO\u201d), will open for public subscription on\u00a0April 09, 2026.\u00a0<\/p>\n

According to the\u00a0Anchor Allocation Report\u00a0dated April 08, 2026\u00a0published on the websites\u00a0of\u00a0National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited (collectively, \u201cStock Exchanges\u201d),\u00a0prominent participants in the\u00a0anchor investor allocation\u00a0included:<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) PTE;<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0Craft Emerging Market Fund PCC-Elite Capital Fund;<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0Craft Emerging Market Fund PCC-Citadel Capital Fund; and<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0Sunrise Investment Trust- Sunrise Investment Opportunities Fund, (collectively, the \u201cAnchor Investors\u201d.)<\/p>\n

The Company allotted 25,72,270 Equity Shares at \u20b9 175.00 per Equity Share (including share premium of \u20b9 165.00 per Equity Share) to 4 Anchor Investors, aggregating to \u20b94,501.47 lakhs.<\/p>\n
