New Delhi [India], April 03<\/strong>: Cupid Limited (BSE: 530843 | NSE: CUPID),\u00a0has\u00a0made\u00a0the payment of\u00a0\u20b982.88\u00a0crore, representing 25% of its total planned investment of\u00a0\u20b9331.53\u00a0crore\u00a0in\u00a0Baazar\u00a0Style Retail Limited (Style\u00a0Baazar).<\/p>\n

Pursuant to this, the Company has been allotted 1,01,00,000 warrants, convertible into equity shares of Style\u00a0Baazar.<\/p>\n

This investment provides Cupid Limited with direct access to a large and rapidly expanding retail network of 260+ stores, significantly strengthening market access, shelf visibility, and last-mile reach for its FMCG product portfolio. The partnership enables immediate availability of Cupid\u2019s products across Style\u00a0Baazar\u00a0stores, enhancing in-store presence and consumer engagement from the outset.<\/p>\n

The collaboration is also expected to support faster rollout of Cupid\u2019s expanded product portfolio, leveraging Style\u00a0Baazar\u2019s\u00a0strong store-level execution capabilities and consumer insights. This will enable deeper penetration across high-potential regional markets with improved speed and efficiency.<\/p>\n

Style\u00a0Baazar\u2019s\u00a0planned expansion to over 500 stores\u00a0in\u00a0the next two to three years is expected to further scale this opportunity, with Cupid\u2019s FMCG offerings growing alongside the network and significantly increasing consumer touchpoints and brand visibility.<\/p>\n

With this ecosystem in place, Cupid Limited expects to generate incremental annual revenue of\u00a0\u20b9500\u00a0crore\u00a0over the next three years as the platform scales across geographies and product categories.<\/p>\n
