Jaipur (Rajasthan) [India], January 17: <\/strong>A deeply reflective and intellectually stimulating session titled\u00a0\u201cWhen Gods Don\u2019t Matter\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0captivated audiences at the Jaipur Literature Festival (JLF) 2026 at the\u00a0AAF Bagaan<\/strong>\u00a0venue. The session marked the unveiling of poet and PR professional\u00a0Jagdeep Singh\u2019s<\/strong>\u00a0latest poetry anthology,\u00a0When Gods Don\u2019t Matter<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Jagdeep Singh was in conversation with senior journalist and writer\u00a0Swati Vashishtha<\/strong>, as they explored the philosophical, emotional, and existential layers of his poetry. The book was formally unveiled by author and culturist\u00a0Sundeep Bhutoria<\/strong>, alongside\u00a0Festival Co-Director Namita Gokhale<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Sanjoy K. Roy<\/strong>, Managing Director, Teamwork Arts.<\/p>\n

During the discussion, Jagdeep Singh reflected on the core themes that shape his work\u2014belief and doubt, identity, vulnerability, and the evolving human condition in a rapidly changing world. Speaking on the occasion, Jagdeep Singh remarked that poetry, for him, is not about providing answers but about asking honest questions.
