C. Bhargava, Chairman, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, receives the 25th ICSI Lifetime Achievement Award<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Padma Shri P. T. Usha,\u00a0<\/strong>Hon\u2019ble Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha and President, Indian Olympic Association and\u00a0<strong>Shri Tuhin Kanta Pandey,\u00a0<\/strong>Chairman, Securities and Exchange Board of India<strong>,\u00a0<\/strong>were the Guests of Honour.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>25<sup>th\u00a0<\/sup>ICSI National Awards for Excellence in Corporate Governance<\/strong>, for the Best Governed Companies in Listed Sector was given to\u00a0<strong>The Indian Hotels Company Limited\u00a0<\/strong>in the\u00a0<em>Large Category<\/em>;\u00a0<strong>Uno Minda Limited\u00a0<\/strong>in the\u00a0<em>Medium Category<\/em>; and<strong>\u00a0Greaves Cotton Limited in the\u00a0<\/strong><em>Emerging Category.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In the\u00a0Unlisted Sector,\u00a0<strong>Ageas Federal Life Insurance Company Limited\u00a0<\/strong>won the award in the\u00a0<em>Medium Category<\/em>\u00a0while\u00a0<strong>Interise Investment Managers Private Limited\u00a0<\/strong>won in the\u00a0<em>Emerging Category.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The<strong>\u00a025th ICSI Lifetime Achievement Award\u00a0<\/strong>was conferred on to\u00a0<a name=\"_Hlk217059417\"><\/a><strong>Mr. R. C.\u00a0Bhargava, Chairman, Maruti Suzuki India Limited<\/strong>, for his exemplary leadership in instituting Good Corporate Governance into reality.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>10<sup>th\u00a0<\/sup>ICSI CSR Excellence Awards<\/strong>\u00a0were presented to\u00a0<strong>The Tata Power Company Limited\u00a0<\/strong>in the\u00a0<em>Large category;\u00a0<\/em><strong>TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited\u00a0<\/strong>in the\u00a0<em>Medium Category<\/em><strong>\u00a0and ICRA Limited\u00a0<\/strong><em>in the Small &amp; Emerging Category.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>7<sup>th\u00a0<\/sup>ICSI Best Secretarial Audit Report Award<\/strong>, was presented to\u00a0<a name=\"_Hlk217059998\"><\/a><strong>CS P. Eswaramoorthy <\/strong>for\u00a0<strong>Secretarial Audit Report of Pricol Limited<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>5<sup>th\u00a0<\/sup>ICSI Best PCS Firm Award<\/strong>, was presented to\u00a0<a name=\"_Hlk217060081\"><\/a><strong>S. C. Sharada &amp; Associates, Company Secretaries<\/strong>,\u00a0to acknowledge the Firm\u2019s exceptional role in instituting best practices.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>4<sup>th\u00a0<\/sup>ICSI Business Responsibility and Sustainability Awards<\/strong>, for integrating Sustainability Reporting into their business was presented to\u00a0<strong>L&amp;T Finance Limited\u00a0<\/strong>in the\u00a0<em>Service Sector\u00a0<\/em>and to\u00a0<strong>Polycab India Limited\u00a0<\/strong>in the\u00a0<em>Non-Service Sector.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-63994\" src=\"https:\/\/financialtelegraph.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/ICSI-p2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\"><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Congratulating the ICSI for its sustained contribution in Good Corporate Governance,\u00a0<strong>Dr. Raj Bhushan Choudhary,<\/strong>\u00a0said,\u00a0<strong>\u201cICSI\u2019s has been nurturing ethical practices through these awards for the past 25 years. In alignment with the vision of Viksit Bharat, the ICSI has positioned India Inc. as a beacon of good governance\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Commending the ICSI for playing a leading role in nurturing governance professionals and guiding corporates,<strong>\u00a0Padma Shri P. T.
