tempered strips<\/li>\n<li>Automotive-grade cold-rolled strips<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2.\u00a0 Incorporation of a New Subsidiary \u2013 Vajra Alloys Private Limited<\/h3>\n<p>The Board, at its meeting on <strong>10 October 2025<\/strong>, approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary:<\/p>\n<h4>Vajra Alloys Private Limited, to engage in:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Manufacturing of <strong>superalloys and advanced alloy materials<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Catering to <strong>aerospace, defence, energy<\/strong>, and <strong>precision<\/strong><strong> engineering <\/strong>sectors<\/li>\n<li>Supporting Krishca\u2019s long-term diversification into high-technology, value-added materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The subsidiary will be incorporated with an <strong>initial capital of \u20b910 lakh<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>New Order Secured from Vedanta Limited \u2013 Odisha (\u20b921.40 Crores)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Krishca has received a fresh order of <strong>\u20b921.40 crore <\/strong>from <strong>Vedanta Limited, Odisha <\/strong>for the supply of <strong>Wood Runners for the Cast House<\/strong>, with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tenure: <\/strong>1 year<\/li>\n<li><strong>Price validity: <\/strong>5 years<\/li>\n<li><strong>Extension<\/strong> <strong>potential:<\/strong> Up to 4 additional years based on performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This order further reinforces Krishca\u2019s long-standing partnership with Vedanta Group entities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Commenting on the performance of H1 FY26, Mr Bala Manikandan, Managing Director &amp; Founder of Krishca Strapping Solutions Limited, said,\u00a0<\/strong>\u201cH1 FY26 has been a period of steady execution and strengthening fundamentals for Krishca.\u00a0Operational improvements, a healthier product mix, and disciplined working capital management are helping enhance efficiency and profitability.<\/p>\n<p>During the half year, standalone Total Income reached \u20b99,277.67 Lakhs, reflecting 45.33% YoY growth, while EBITDA surged 57.92% YoY to \u20b91,508.93 Lakh, and PAT stood at \u20b9618.02 Lakh \u2014 demonstrating the impact of our ongoing operational and strategic initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Securing new orders from Vedanta Limited and consolidating contracts with ESL Steel underscores the continued trust our clients place in us.
