Hailing from Hyderabad, Vivek has successfully balanced a thriving career as a User Experience Designer in the software sector with his unfathomable passion for cinema. Soon after finishing his training at NYFA, Vivek made short films <em>Rue The Day<\/em> and <em>Phoenix<\/em>\u2014the latter now streaming on Hungama, India\u2019s popular OTT platform.<\/p>\n<p>His debut feature, <em>The Last Vigil<\/em>, is a feature-length adaptation of Rue The Day, and has quickly made waves in the festival circuit. The SAG-AFTRA approved film, stars Brett Cullen (<em>Joker<\/em>, <em>The Dark Knight Rises<\/em>), Catherine Curtin (<em>Stranger Things<\/em>, <em>Orange is the New Black<\/em>), and Hunter Michael Kohl. The story follows Jordan Reynolds, an ex-convict who, after taking a job as a pizza delivery man, finds himself stranded with a mysterious family in a secluded lake house.
